That’s when the rebuild began.
Not just for my health. But my marriage. My presence. My business. My leadership.
My capacity to serve and to live.
Today, my companies run without me. They’re built to do real good in the world. My marriage is thriving. My body is strong. My joy is steady. But none of that came through shortcuts. It came through a path, a process, that I now offer to others.
